"I have so much to say about this experience and just don't know where to start. First of all ... They have real agents. People with grace, etiquette and understanding. I was blessed to meet Melvin Lee Owens this morning. I didn't really want to talk after the experience I had with State farm. Being left uninsured without knowledge is no joke frightening. Being in an accident and looking for your insurance company to support you, only to be told you are your own agent and for you to take pictures and upload on to a website.. hummmm...can make you really reevaluate what support means to alot of these businesses. I got real support from Mr.Owens! He is extremely knowledgeable, his willingness, active listening and ability to validate, made me feel utterly supported! It's amazing these days to find a company that will make you feel heard and seen!"
