"I had a great experience with Melvin. I was unsure whether I wanted to switch companies but Melvin was very thorough and convincing. He was able to get me full coverage on my vehicles plus road side assistance without sending me to the Po house! I'ma tell ya the truth I was ready to take my chances ducking and dodging the police before I paid another payment on insurance that felt like a house note. "I had Melvin Owens as my agent. When it was time for my renewal with Allstate, I called State Farm for a quote, but I wasn’t satisfied with their offer, so I decided to stay with Allstate. A few months later, Melvin reached out to let me know about a new program that could lower my rate. This time, his quote came in lower than before, so I decided to switch my insurance. Melvin was extremely patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the terms clearly, gave me helpful advice on the coverage I needed for my situation, and guided me without being pushy.
